Duties and Responsibilities:
Psychologists study the behavior and actions of
people to understand, explain, change, and change their attitude perspective.
They also provide counseling and therapy to those emotional, learning, and
behavior problems. Psychologist work in schools, clinics, hospitals, and private
practice. They can also specialize in clinical, educational, quantities’,
developmental, social, experimental, and industrial organizational psychology .
They often:

and treat problems
§ Interview
and observe patinets
§ Develop,
select, and administrate tests
§ Councel
patinets, groups, and families
§ Develop
mental health programs
§ Conduct
research and teaching
Salary:
$ 45,000 - $65,000
Education:
Students should prepare for a career in
psychology by taking the most challenging (AP or IB) high school courses
available, especially in English and science.
Reflection:
This career has grabbed my attention the moment
in which people started to ask for my advice or help in need.
They
always seem to think that I a student can help them with their problems. Therefore
I stand by this career and say that this career is my future, and it’s basically
calling my name out for the future.
