Duties and Responsibilities:

Sanitarians, or environmental health specialists, enforcement government regulations and advice and clients. They also improve water and sanitation facilities and are involved in improving the quality of community environments.

They often:

·       Collect and analyze samples
·       Screen samples for possible health hazards
·       Design or manage sanitation, disposal, and water systems
·       Oversee disposal of infectious wastes
·       Develop and manage prevention and education programs
·       Evaluate and identity health hazards and ensure compliance with regulations

Average Salary: $25,000-$50,000

Educational Requirements:

Students should take college preparatory courses especially in mathematics and science, during high school.

A career a sanitarian or environmental health specialist requires a minimum of bachelor’s Degree in environmental health or environmental engineering. Many jobs require certification and/or a Master’s Degree in these, or related fields.

Well this is a great job to fix up your environment. Although I personally think that, that’s something I would like to hand over to the men. I think it’s just a heavy duty for women.

Reflection:

CTR is always a great example to show the younger ones. It’ll make life a whole lot easier if we all “choose the right”. So lets make are life an easier living and clear the air to innocence and pride.

Example:


There’s a rebellious kid who’s constantly asking for attention and problems. He never really gets anywhere other than the dean’s office. The other kid on the other hand has a great perspective among him-self, everyone recognizes him as the kid with the brains the one who always chooses the right no matter what.

Medical Technician career of option

My opinion towards this career 

Emergency Medical Technician is something I consider to be very important in life. Although it may be very important to me as well as to others. I wouldn't dare myself to become one of them, simply because I know that’s it’s a lot of work for me to handle and keep up with. It’ll make my life seem as if there was never a break in need.

They provide immediate life or limb saving medical treatment at the scenes of accidents and injuries as well as transport causalities to hospitals emergency rooms for further care. The job is both physically demanding and stressful. Emergency medical technicians 
often to:

·       Automobile accidents
·       Heart attacks
·       Gunshot wounding’s
·       Unscheduled childbirth
·       Other serious medical emergencies

Average Salary: $25,000-$37,500

Educational Requirements:

Students must have a high school diploma (in some areas GED certificates may be substituted) in order to become an emergency medical technician. Driver’s education, health, and science courses are strongly recommended and may be required before enrolling in some training programs.

Basic emergency medical technician training includes about 100-120 hours spent in the classroom and 10 hours in a hospital emergency room. Emergency medical technicians are required to pass state licensing or certification tests and participate in continuing education programs. Many emergency medical technicians earn associate degrees in their field.

I am a doctor who has several degrees and certificates. I became someone important to save lives of others. People now look up to me for saving their lives or making themselves a healthier living. I’m making the right choice by helping someone live a longer, healthier life.

My opinion towards this career is great for others , but for me personally I don’t really think it’ll go with me. I guess it’s because I see myself in another career.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Electroneurodiagnostic technologists use electronic graphs to determine if patients are suffering from a central nervous system condition or disease like epilepsy, tumors, stroke, or trauma. The graphs are records of the brain’s electricity.
Electroneurodiagnostic technologists usually work in hospitals, laboratories, or physicians’ offices.

They:

·       Prepare medical records
·       Apply electrodes and select instrument settings
·       Perform Electroneurodiagnostic tests
·       Adjust and maintain their equipment
·       Records test results
·       Identify patient abnormalities

Average Salary: $20,000 - $35,000

Educational requirements:

Electroneurodiagnostic technologist’s technologist must have a high school diploma and some courses in computer technology before beginning specialized training.

 Electroneurodiagnostic training can be obtained through vocational schools, community colleges, and in some cases hospitals. Training takes one year and is followed by another year of supervise experience. Before beginning practice Electroneurodiagnostic technologists must pass written and oral examinations.

Electrocardiograph (ECG or EKG) technicians usually work under the supervision cardiologists in hospitals, doctors’ offices, clinics, or bedside. They operate electrocardiogram equipment to monitor patients’ heart problems.

·        Connect electrodes to patients
·        Insert and remove catheters
·        Monitor equipment output
·        Record test results
·        Identify emergencies or abnormalities
·        Operate ultrasound equipment

Average Salary: $15,000- $32,000

Educational Requirements:

Electrocardiograph technicians must have a high school diploma or GED before beginning specialize training. Electrocardiograph training can be obtained through vocational schools, community colleges, and in some cases through on-the-job supervised experience. Basic training takes three to six months. Advanced training  takes one to two years.

Registered Dietitians:

·        Make dietary recommendations
·        Counsel patients and clients about diets
·        Supervise food purchasing
·        Study the nutritional value of food and how it is used by the body

Average Salary: $30,000- $40,000

Educational Requirements:

Students should take a challenging high school curriculum that includes math and science courses. High school business courses may also prove helpful.

A bachelor’s degree in dietetics or a related filed approved by the American Dietetic Association is required. Registered dietitians must also pass a professional exam and complete a supervised practicum.

Robert’s quote is basically telling us, the right always comes first. Even if life take’s its turns.
Example:
Someone who goes to college is getting stressed out about school so there just giving up on school, slacking and just being free. Later then they think about it and notice that what there doing may be very harsh. Although there managing  to stay up on their feet to pass the classes course.

Educational Requirements:
Students wanting to become dietetic technicians should graduate from high school with a well-rounded program. High school business courses may prove helpful.
Dietetic technicians must complete a two-year Associate’s Degree program that is accepted by the Americans Dietetic Association. They must then pass a Commission on Dietetics Registrations examination.
