The second most important principle is to be a highly successful leader is to have an imagination. You need to be creative, and think outside the box. Think big and crazy, challenge yourself to better and think better. For example, to be a team leader you must indeed need to be responsible and reasonable about the cool activities, project's or events that you want to plan out. However, into doing so you always have to keep in mind that you want to be noticeable and stand out based on your great creations. You want people to look at you as role model who can do anything great. A leader who works hard. smart and productive to do immense things. Therefore, think big and go big because that's what'll make you become the best. An overall is what'll make you stand out to be the next team leader to lead your group into thinking just like you, having an imagination and being creative. After all that's what life and business is all about . So i encourage everyone to step outside the box and have imagination to do great, big things!
3. Apply the power of knowledge
It is important to be educated because with education comes an opportunity. It may be an opportunity for a job, to volunteer, or to become a leader. Believe me anyone with the proper knowledge can create many things by accomplishing many. Meaning if you have the desire to learn and then perhaps become a teacher. Then do so because not only will it bring to you a great sense of knowledge but you will also be giving somebody else a sense of knowledge. So don't miss the opportunity to learn and teach someone something new because they and you too will be missing out on a life time opportunity to become someone . For example, president Barrack Obama became a president after learing some much and gaining so much knowledge in politics.
I will apply principle number three by continuing to read. Finding something to productive to do. Or by educating students who are younger than me. To increase somebody's else's knowledge and expand what they know or don't already know.

4.Never give up
It is important to visualize your self accomplishing your goal because anything is possible. And you are capable of achieving anything if you set your mind to it. Just imagine yourself living in the dream and doing what you want to do. For the reason being that it is your life and it is up to you to decide what to do with it . So lead your life in the direction where you want to succeed and make goals and dreams come true. Never think to yourself that you can't do it because you can if you work hard and work smart you are capable of doing anything. Just don't loose the hope you have within yourself, never give up ! You are greatness waiting to happen so set your goals high and go after them, live your dream . Make your dreams come true and live up to them.
I will apply principle number four by trying my very best in everything that i do. I will not hold back and resit the temptation of making my dreams and goals come true. I will instead go after my dreams and goals and try to pursue them because i can and i will. Nonetheless, because i will not settle for failure. I will rather succeed far in life and be successful of my very own accomplishments then think and begin to feel regret.
I will apply prinicple number seven by staying true to all the friendships i have and never betraying them. For my friends and i have comed a long way to give up on our friendship now. Furthermore i will remain truthful to my values and other peoples value and will make sure that i build trust and confidence with others.
11. Do what matters most
Do what matters most ! Is always very important to remember. For example, you should always put the things that are most important to you before anything and anyone. Like your health, family, and career. Then the things that come after that which are your friends, social life and activities. This is because you want to do things that are most significant to you first and then worry about the things that are least impoartant after. Another example, would be if i have an important test to do and i have to option to either study or hangout with friends. The most important should be study first and then go ahead and hangout with friends. Not the other way around. This is because my education and grade for my class and test value more and matter most than my social life. In which i can do any other day.
Throughout reading and learning more over in regards to the twelve principles of how to be a successful leader, i believe i have learned a lot. One of the reasons is because it has teach me methods and ways as to how to develop my strengths to be a highly successful leader. Which by the way were all really helpful . So without any doubt i have in mind i would most definitely recommend a friend or someone else to look over through these steps because it truly does work and is extremely helpful to know and remember. Lastly, without further or do i would like to say that these 12 principles have made an immense impact on my actions and, attitude, and behavior. Since it has teach me right from wrong.
5. Find peace and balance
It is important to make peace on earth rather than to continue to with hold violence in our society. For the reason being that if we continue to be violent towards one another. We will only continue to increase the rate of murder or death . Which is why we should be opposed to it and no longer continue to fight. We should instead create peace on earth and be kind to each other. Why create harm or problems to someone else. We are only harming each other when we should instead end violence. By then having peace on earth; there will be no riots, fights or battles. We instead live up to peace and avoid problems among other people. We will also in addition serve equal balance in regards to equality. By choosing to listen to both sides of the coin without further problems.
I will apply principle number five by involving peace in my life. By stopping violence. By standing up for someone. By creating peace in my city. Persuading people to be kind and encouraging peace to everyone. Also by saying empowering quotes to someone because i care.
6.Live the Golden Rule
It is important to live by the golden rule if you want choose the right way which case is the key to success. The key to success is what will lead you to having high standards and goals for yourself. It will not only make you become an incredible leader and person within your own self but, it will also teach you to picture yourself in someone else's shoes. So that you can get an idea as to see their point of view or perspective because other people's opinions or feeling matter too. Just the same way yours do. So don't ever fail your self or make your self feel superior than others. For the reason being that you want others to treat you the same way you would like to be treated. Furthermore, principle number six is trying to teach you. To live in a caring, responsible, and diligent way. To do things right and live properly is what will lead you to the high road if you follow through with the Golden Rule.
I will apply principle number six by respecting others and being diligent towards others. For the same reason, because i would like to be treated with respect because my opinions should value as much as another persons values and opinions.
7. Build and maintain trust
Principle number seven is a very important prinicple everyone must follow. For the reason being that as you listening to someone else. Whatever it maybe it gives them the idea and satisfaction that they can trust you and tell you just about anything. Which is important because not many people trust other's. So you'll be the very few to gain there trust. Just as long as you build your friendship and maintain your honesty. You will both gain each other mutual respect. For example, if i one of my friends told me one of their biggest secrets. I'd have to promise and make sure that i'd never say anything to know one about it. Otherwise she will no longer trust me or have confidence to tell me something otherwise.

8. Quick to listen slow to wrath
It is important be obedient and follow through with the right decisions. To prevent problems or trouble for you or anyone in that matter. Since after all with wrath comes rebellions. Which take a lead into doing what ever they want. Weather if that is doing something good or bad. Which ever the case it is always better to listen. For example, say some students are in class doing their work based on the instruction that there teacher gave them. However say someone was not listening nor following orders. Then they would ask to copy someone rather than to ask the teacher for help and next time listen. Although the person whom hes asked to copy doesnt want him to copy. Which caused the one who at first didn't listen to rebel and do what he pleases to get by with a passing grade.
I will apply this is in my daily life by following direction and behaving well. Rather than avoiding to do my work and misbehaving, acting like a total animal in class. Like seen in the above pictures. I will not behave like picture one but like picture two instead.
9. Lead with vision
Principle number nine is the best principle of all principles that leads you to become a highly successful leader. Reasons are, that it allows you to in vision your future. To see what it is that you would like to do or become. It could be based on a profession, career. Or it can also be based on your own self. For instance, if you would like to change and become someone better based on your actions and behavior. Then you can such as long if you in vision yourself in the future doing something positive. For example, if you're someone who is always angry over stressed . Then you could change that around if you start to in vision yourself being someone better. Whom everyone likes etc.
Principle number nine is the best principle of all principles that leads you to become a highly successful leader. Reasons are, that it allows you to in vision your future. 10. Manage with a plan
Set your self with a plan now. To visualize your future with it later. Dream big and imagine what are the great things you would like to do in life. Motivate and push yourself into striving for what you want. It may be a dream you would may want or a goal that you would like to accomplish. Either or you should always plan or for the most start to visualize the many things you have yet to accomplish. So by doing these things you must have to first set yourself an idea of what you would like to do. Next set this goal high and big. So that you can further on achieve it.
I will apply prinicple number ten by thinking of something that i would like to do. Next i will follow through with the steps the picture underneath represents. I will come up with an idea, plan my idea, and then take action!
11. Do what matters most

12. Be accountable
It is very important to always be accountable because what we say and do matter. It also reflects on your actions so id suggest to be wise and hold peace within your self and others. As Guatama Budhha quotes,"Peace comes from within, do not seek it without." Meaning do things right don't break that peace bond that there is because so many good things can come about it. For example, you want to make sure your responsible and trustworthy. You also want to show this to get a great reputation out of yourself. So that people can have a great image and representation about you.
I will apply this by being accountable to everything i say and do as the picture above states it. To guide myself from right and wrong in the right path.
