Duties and Responsibilities:

Ophthalmologists are physicians who specialize in the treatment of eye disorders and diseases’. They treat vision problems and write prescriptions for both pharmaceuticals and corrective eyeglasses lenses. Although if necessary they perform eye surgery . Most of the Ophthalmologist are in private practice , however some are employed by hospitals or clinics, and others perform research.

Salary:

$ 90,000 - $ 150,000

Education:

Only physicians’ may study to become ophthalmologist. After completing medical school and internship, an ophthalmologist must then complete three years to five residencies in an approved ophthalmology program. After completing their residency program they must pass an examination to be certified.

Reflection:


This career seems very difficult although the salary quite makes it easy. So I see an easy opportunity for me to realize my dream of becoming wealthy if I do an easy helpful task which is first complete medical school.
