efficiency and quality in delivering health care services
º Keep
up to date on new laws and regulations so that the facility in which they work
complies on them
º Supervise
assistant administrators in facilities
º Communicate
with members of the medical staff and department heads
Salary: $ 88, 580
Education:
In order to become a clinical manager you must
need at least a bachelor’s degree. However you will need a master’s degree in
health services. They must also have a health administration, bachelor’s
degree. To include they must take hospital organization programs and
management, accounting an d budgeting, human resources’ and administration.
Reflection:
This job
seems more a less like a heavy duty and I have to say that as a female I don’t
take much interest into that however for some people it is quite the work for
the budget.
