Top 5 heart health tips

         I plan now on eating healthier by cutting down on fast foods and being more cautious about the amount of sugar I take. As well as being more active outside rather than just staying inside watching a movie or television. Along with relaxing more than the usual, just to stay relaxed rather than to be stressed out, because mainly what I need to do is maintain myself active and healthy just for the sake of my living conditions.
